HOME CONTROL (01747) announces that as of December 31, 2025: Dr. Chen Shoukang has resigned as an independent non-executive director, as well as the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee, due to an agreed change in company strategy and other business commitments; Ms. Keet Yee LAI has resigned as an independent non-executive director and as a member of the Board Nomination Committee, citing personal health reasons and plans to gradually reduce all work-related commitments. Mr. Bernard Eng Chuan LIM has been appointed as an independent non-executive director. In addition, Mr. Bernard Eng Chuan LIM has been appointed as the Chairman of the Board Audit Committee; Mr. Chen Yizhong has been appointed as a member of the Board Nomination Committee.
