RUISEN LIFE SER(01922): Pan Xiaohu appointed as chairman of the board

Rui Sen Lifestyle Services (01922) announced that Mr. Zhu Li retired as a non-executive director at the company's annual shareholders' meeting held on December 31, 2025. As a result of his retirement, Mr. Zhu Li no longer serves as the chairman of the board, chairman of the board nomination committee, member of the board remuneration committee, or authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, effective from December 31, 2025. In addition, Mr. Pan Xiaohu was appointed as the chairman of the board, chairman of the nomination committee, and member of the remuneration committee, as well as the authorized representative of the company under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules, effective from December 31, 2025.
