Ms. Li Bizhi, the independent non-executive director and member of the Audit Committee, has been appointed as the chairperson of the Audit Committee, effective from December 31, 2025. Ms. Li and the company's executive director, Mr. Ke Xionghan (Mr. Ke), have been appointed as members of the company's Nomination Committee, effective from December 31, 2025.
