Changdian Technology (600584.SH) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Shanghai Yunjiaolong Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Yunjiaolong"), intends to invest in the establishment of Jiarongxin Zhi (Shanghai) Equity Investment Fund Partnership Enterprise (tentative name, final name subject to registration and approval by the CSRC, hereinafter referred to as the "investment fund") with a total size of 1.346 billion yuan. Yunjiaolong, as a limited partner, intends to contribute 403.8 million yuan, accounting for 30% of the investment fund.
