Century Golden Flower (00162) announced that Ms. Chen Wanying has resigned as Company Secretary and will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and as the authorized representative of receiving legal process or notices on behalf of the company in Hong Kong under the company's articles (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong); and Mr. Pan Jianxi (who possesses the necessary professional qualifications and relevant experience as required by Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules) has been appointed as the Company Secretary and authorized representative, effective from January 1, 2026.
