PROSP GP INTL (01421) announced that Dr. Luo Xiaodong has resigned as an independent non-executive director, member of the Nomination Committee, Audit Committee, and Remuneration Committee, effective from December 31, 2025, in order to pursue personal career interests. Ms. Chen Xiangru, a non-executive director, has been appointed as a member of the company's Audit Committee, effective from December 31, 2025.
