China Resources Gas (01193) subsidiary China Resources Gas Investment (China) has been approved to issue 8 billion yuan in medium-term notes.

China Resources Gas (01193) announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary China Resources Gas Investment (China) Co., Ltd. (China Resources Gas Investment (China)) has received a registration notice from the China Foreign Exchange Trading System and National Interbank Funding Center regarding its proposed issuance of medium-term notes in China on December 24, 2025 (Registration No. MTN1265). According to the notice, the registration is valid for two years from the date of issuance of the notice, during which China Resources Gas Investment (China) may issue medium-term notes totaling RMB 8 billion in installments. If the proposed issuance of medium-term notes proceeds, it is expected that the funds raised will be used to repay interest-bearing debts of China Resources Gas Investment (China) or its subsidiaries.
