Yueyang Forest Paper (600963.SH) issued an announcement that on December 30, 2025, the company's wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Juntai Bio-based New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Juntai Technology"), signed a sales contract for needle-like solid wood lignin with Hunan Green Jun New Materials Co., Ltd., selling about 1,500 dry tons of needle-like solid wood lignin to them. The term of the contract is from the date of signing to December 31, 2026.
Yueyang Forest & Paper (600963.SH) announced that on December 30, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary, Hunan Juntai Bio-based New Material Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Juntai Technology"), signed a sales contract for solid wood lignin with Hunan Green Juntai New Material Co., Ltd., to sell approximately 1500 dry tons of solid wood lignin. The contract is valid from the date of signing until December 31, 2026.
