Silicon Group (08349) announced that Ms. Long Mei (Ms. Long) has resigned as an independent non-executive director, effective from December 31, 2025, in order to devote more time to her other business commitments. Ms. Long also no longer serves as the chairperson of the company's Remuneration Committee and as a member of the company's Audit Committee, effective from the same date.
