Richful Property Trust (00778) announced that Mr. He Aiwen has been appointed as an independent non-executive director and member of the audit committee, disclosure committee, and special committee, effective from January 1, 2026; Ms. Zheng Aiping, an independent non-executive director, will retire from her position as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the audit committee, and member of the disclosure committee and special committee on December 31, 2025; Ms. Gao Baohua, an independent non-executive director, will succeed Ms. Zheng Aiping as the chairman of the audit committee, effective from January 1, 2026.
