HuaXun (00833) has announced that the acquisition of 51% of the registered capital of the target company (Momentum Industrial (Vietnam) Limited) under the sale and purchase agreement on December 31, 2025 has been completed. The board of directors believes that the acquisition will not have any significant adverse impact on the group's financial condition or operations. After the completion of the acquisition, the target company will become an indirectly non-wholly-owned subsidiary of the company, and the financial performance of the target company will be consolidated into the group's financial statements.
