PROSPER ONE (01470) announced that Ms. Wong Wai Chu has resigned as an executive director, effective from December 31, 2025; and Ms. Mung Tsz Chiu has been appointed as an executive director, also effective from December 31, 2025. The board of directors also announced that the following changes will be effective from December 31, 2025: Ms. Wong will no longer be a member of the nomination committee; and Ms. Mung has been appointed as a member of the nomination committee.
