AIM VACCINE (06660) Announcement: Ms. Wong Pui Kiu (Ms. Wong) has resigned as the Joint Company Secretary of the Company, effective from December 31, 2025. Another Joint Company Secretary, Ms. Liu Ling (Ms. Liu), has recently been confirmed by the Stock Exchange to meet the qualifications to serve as the Company Secretary in accordance with Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules. Therefore, no further exemption is required. After Ms. Wong's resignation, Ms. Liu will continue to serve as the Company's sole Company Secretary, effective from December 31, 2025. After resigning as Joint Company Secretary, Ms. Wong has also resigned as the Authorized Representative of the Company in accordance with Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. The Board announces that Ms. Liu has been appointed as the new Authorized Representative to replace Ms. Wong, effective from December 31, 2025. Executive Director Mr. Chow Yin will continue to serve as the other Authorized Representative.
