ZHENRO PPT(06158): Jin Mingjie appointed as authorized representative.

ZHENRO PPT (06158) announced that Ms. Kwong Yin Ping (Ms. Kwong), one of the joint company secretaries of the Company, will resign from her position as joint company secretary and cease to act as one of the authorized representatives (Authorized Representative) of the Company under Rule 3.05 of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (Listing Rules), as well as the authorized representative appointed in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of the laws of Hong Kong for the purpose of receiving legal process and notices on behalf of the Company, all with effect from 1 January 2026. The Board also announced that Mr. Kam Ming Kit (an executive director) has been appointed as one of the authorized representatives defined under the Listing Rules, with effect from 1 January 2026; and Mr. Chan King Tak (Mr. Chan) has been appointed as the authorized representative appointed in accordance with Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of the laws of Hong Kong for the purpose of receiving legal process and notices on behalf of the Company in Hong Kong, with effect from 1 January 2026.
