Ocean's King Lighting Science & Technology (002724.SZ) announced that the Board of Directors recently received a written resignation application from the company's acting president, Mr. Cheng Lin. Due to job adjustments, Mr. Cheng Lin will resign from the position of acting president and as the legal representative of the company starting from January 1, 2026. The Board of Directors agreed to appoint Mr. Li Wenbing as the acting president of the company, responsible for the company's daily operational management affairs. His term will be from January 1, 2026, until the end of the sixth session of the Board of Directors. According to the company's Articles of Association, the director or president (general manager) who represents the company in carrying out company affairs is the legal representative of the company. Mr. Li Wenbing will simultaneously serve as the legal representative of the company after being appointed as the acting president. Since Mr. Cheng Lin has resigned from the position of acting president, the newly appointed acting president, Mr. Li Wenbing, will initially take over full company affairs. To ensure the stability and continuity of the company's operational management, starting from 2026, the acting president will rotate between Mr. Qiu Liangjie and Mr. Li Wenbing, with each taking turns until the end of the sixth session of the Board of Directors.
