Ministry of Commerce: China's total trade in services reached 7202.37 billion yuan in the first eleven months, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%.

From January to November 2025, China's service trade steadily increased, with the total volume of service imports and exports reaching 72,023.7 billion yuan, a year-on-year increase of 7.1%. Among them, exports amounted to 31,980.1 billion yuan, an increase of 13.4%; imports amounted to 40,043.6 billion yuan, an increase of 2.5%; and the service trade deficit was 8,063.5 billion yuan, a decrease of 2796.3 billion yuan compared to the same period last year.
The main features were as follows:
Knowledge-intensive service trade maintained growth. From January to November, the import and export of knowledge-intensive services amounted to 27,305.7 billion yuan, an increase of 5.6%. Among them, other business services, telecommunications, computing, and information services amounted to 11,776.8 billion yuan and 9,592.1 billion yuan, with growth rates of 4.1% and 8.3% respectively. The export of knowledge-intensive services was 16,014.7 billion yuan, an increase of 8.5%; the import of knowledge-intensive services was 11,291 billion yuan, an increase of 1.7%; and the surplus was 4,723.7 billion yuan, an increase of 1,067.4 billion yuan compared to the same period last year.
Export of travel services grew rapidly. From January to November, travel services grew rapidly, with imports and exports reaching 19,762.7 billion yuan, an increase of 8.2%. Among them, exports increased by 51.3% and imports increased by 1.9%.
