Howe Group (603501.SH) announced that the company's total global H-share issuance this time is 45.8 million shares (subject to exercising of over-allotment option), of which approximately 4.58 million shares are preliminarily arranged for public offering in Hong Kong (subject to reallocation), accounting for approximately 10% of the total global offering; and approximately 41.22 million shares are for international offering (subject to reallocation), accounting for approximately 90% of the total global offering.

(603501.SH) announced that the company's global H-share offering will consist of a basic issuance of 45.8 million shares (subject to exercising of over-allotment option), with a preliminary plan to publicly offer 4.58 million shares in Hong Kong (subject to reallocation), accounting for approximately 10% of the total global offering, and 41.22 million shares for international offering, accounting for approximately 90% of the total global offering.
The maximum offering price for the H-share issuance this time will not exceed HK$104.80 per share. The public offering of H-shares in Hong Kong is scheduled to start on December 31, 2025, and is expected to end on January 7, 2026, with the issuance price set to be announced before January 8, 2026. The H-shares offered this time are expected to be listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 12, 2026, and begin trading.
