MMG(01208): MLB and Minmetals have signed a framework agreement for the sale of LAS BAMBAS molybdenum concentrate.

MMG (01208) announced that on December 31, 2025, MLB has entered into a framework agreement with Minmetals for the sale of its product (molybdenum concentrate produced by MLB at the Las Bambas mine). The main business of the group includes the production and sale of metal products, including copper and molybdenum concentrate. As part of its daily and general business operations, the group sells some products to China Minmetals Group at prices and terms consistent with the current market prices and conditions of the products.
