Xinhua Communication Media (00309) announced that as of December 30, 2025, Mr. Lou Guokang, Chairman and Executive Director of the Board, was appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the company to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Xu since his resignation on September 30, 2025, in accordance with Rule 3.27A of the Listing Rules.
XH NEWS MEDIA (00309) announced that as of December 30, 2025, Mr. Lau Kwok Hong, Chairman of the Board of Directors and Executive Director, has been appointed as the Chairman of the Nomination Committee of the Company, to fill the vacancy left by Mr. Xu since his retirement on September 30, 2025, in accordance with Rule 3.27A of the Listing Rules.
