RIZHAO PORT JR (06117) announced that Mr. Jinfeng was appointed as a non-executive director at the temporary shareholders' meeting. At the board meeting held on the same day after the temporary shareholders' meeting, Mr. Jinfeng was appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee, with immediate effect. Following Mr. Jinfeng's appointment as a non-executive director and member of the Remuneration Committee at the temporary shareholders' meeting, Ms. Liu Rong immediately ceased to serve as a member of the Remuneration Committee. At the company's staff representative assembly held on December 30, 2025, Mr. Chen Zhou was elected as an employee representative director. At the same time, Mr. Chen Zhou will continue to serve as an executive director until the expiry of the current board's term.
