The total catalogue price for the Airbus aircraft to be purchased by the company is approximately $9.53 billion.
This transaction is in line with the company's development plan and market demand, and will help optimize the group's fleet structure and provide long-term capacity support. The transaction will expand the group's fleet capacity, without considering any adjustments that may be made to the fleet based on market conditions or aircraft age. Based on the available ton-kilometers as of December 31, 2024, this transaction will increase the group's capacity by approximately 6.5%. The new aircraft will be delivered in batches from 2028 to 2032, some of which will be used to meet the demand for replacing older aircraft in the fleet, and the actual net increase in capacity will be kept within a manageable range.
