Hung Wai Asia (08191) announced that on December 30, 2025 (after trading hours on the Stock Exchange), the company entered into a supplementary subscription agreement with the subscriber to revise the subscription agreement. Accordingly, the subscription price has been revised from HK$0.12 per share to HK$0.128 per share, that is, the revised subscription price. Apart from the revisions made in the supplementary subscription agreement, all terms and conditions of the subscription agreement remain unchanged and have full force and effect. The total maximum proceeds from the subscription will increase to approximately HK$1.348 million, with a net amount of approximately HK$1.248 million. The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for the resumption of trading in the company's shares from 9:00 am on December 31, 2025.
