Beijing Youth Daily Media (01000) announced that at the board meeting held on December 30, 2025, Mr. Nie Sen was elected as the Chairman of the Board of Directors and Chairman of the Nomination Committee, and Mr. Li Zhen was elected as a member of the Audit Committee. The above terms of office are from the date of approval of the temporary general meeting of shareholders until the expiration of the term of the Ninth Board of Directors. Mr. Nie Sen was also appointed as the authorized representative of the company on the same day.

The terms of the above positions are from the date of approval by the extraordinary general meeting until the expiration of the term of the 9th Board of Directors.
