CITIC Securities (06066) announced that the Board of Directors meeting has approved the "Proposal on Supplementing Members of the Board Committees". The Board of Directors resolved at the meeting to appoint Mr. Dai Bo, a company employee representative director, as a member of the Board's Development Strategy Committee; and to appoint Ms. Wang Hua, a non-executive director, and Mr. Zheng Wei, an independent non-executive director, as members of the Board's Compensation and Nomination Committee. The above appointments are valid until the end of the term of the company's third Board of Directors.
