The board of directors of Jian Tao Ji Ceng Ban (01888) announced that Mr. Ye Shuqun, an independent non-executive director, has resigned from the board of directors and will no longer serve as chairman of the board's remuneration committee, as well as a member of the board's audit committee and nomination committee. Ms. Rong Haian will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee, effective from December 31, 2025.
