New Focus (00360) announced that on December 30, 2025, the company's non-wholly owned subsidiary, Norfolk Technology (Shanghai), has won the bid for the land use right of the land located in Qingpu District, Shanghai, China (Plot Number: QPC1-0011 Unit H-27-13) through public tender at a price of 46.34 million yuan. Norfolk Technology (Shanghai) has entered into a land use right transfer contract with the Qingpu District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau of Shanghai on December 30, 2025.
NEW FOCUS AUTO (00360) Announcement: On December 30, 2025, the company's non-wholly owned subsidiary, New Focus Technology (Shanghai), won the bid for the land use rights of the land located in Qingpu District, Shanghai, China (plot number: QPC1-0011 Unit H-27-13) through public bidding at a price of RMB 46.34 million. New Focus Technology (Shanghai) signed a land use rights transfer contract with the Qingpu District Planning and Natural Resources Bureau on December 30, 2025. The land is located in the Xianghuaqiao Street in Qingpu District, Shanghai, China (plot number: QPC1-0011 Unit H-27-13). The land is bordered by H-27-07b, H-27-08 plots to the east, Luhangjing to the south, Zhaotun Gang to the west, and Tianying Road to the north. The total land area is approximately 38,600 square meters. In May 2024, the Group received a notice of requisition compensation from the Qingpu Industrial Park Office, and on November 22, 2024, the Group's manufacturing main entity, New Focus Optoelectronics (Shanghai), signed a requisition compensation agreement with the Qingpu Industrial Park Group. The property to be requisitioned is the core operating and production site of New Focus Optoelectronics (Shanghai), and the requisition will affect the continuity and stability of its production and operation. The Group urgently needs to purchase new land to deploy relevant production and operation facilities to ensure normal production and operation. At the same time, the acquisition will also help meet the requirements of the supplementary agreement under the capital increase agreement disclosed in the announcement dated December 30, 2025, for New Focus Optoelectronics (Shanghai) to be the production base in Shanghai, China.
