The Aluminum Corporation of China (02600) plans to acquire a 51% stake in Yunlu Logistic for 2.64 billion yuan.

Aluminum Corporation Of China (02600) announced that on December 30, 2025, at the eighth meeting of the ninth board of directors of the company, its wholly-owned subsidiary China Aluminum Logistics Group Co., Ltd. (China Aluminum Logistics) intends to acquire 51% equity of Yunnan Yunalum Logistics Investment Co., Ltd. (Yunnan Aluminum Logistics) held by Yunnan Aluminium through a non-public agreement for approximately RMB 264 million in cash (subject to final valuation). After the proposed acquisition is completed, China Aluminum Logistics and Yunnan Aluminium will respectively hold 51% and 49% equity of Yunnan Aluminum Logistics, and Yunnan Aluminum Logistics will be included in the consolidated financial statements of China Aluminum Logistics. As of the date of this announcement, Aluminum Corporation Of China Group Limited (Chinalco) is the controlling shareholder of the company, Yunnan Aluminium is a 30% owned subsidiary of Chinalco, and Yunnan Aluminum Logistics is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Yunnan Aluminium.
