Meilan Airport (00357) issued an announcement that the Stock Exchange has confirmed that Chen Yingjie meets the requirements of Rule 3.28 of the Listing Rules and is qualified to serve as the company secretary. In addition, Xing Zhoujin has resigned as the joint company secretary of the company, effective from December 30, 2025. Mr. Chen will continue to serve as the sole company secretary, effective from December 30, 2025.
