Koklam Life (01456) announced that the Stock Exchange has confirmed that Wai Yee meets the qualifications to serve as the company secretary under Rule 3.28 of the listing rules. In addition, Ms. Zhang Xiao has resigned as joint company secretary and authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the listing rules. Ms. Wai will now independently serve as company secretary and authorized representative, effective from December 30, 2025.
