SCIENTECH(02291): Yang Lishan has been appointed as Joint Company Secretary.

SCIENTECH (02291) announces that Mr. Li Jianwei (Mr. Li) has resigned from the following positions in the company for other affairs, effective from December 30, 2025: (i) Co-Secretary of the company; (ii) the authorized representative of the company for receiving legal process documents and notifications in Hong Kong in accordance with Rule 19A.13(2) of the Rules Governing the Listing of Securities on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (the Exchange); and (iii) the authorized representative as stipulated in Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622 of the Laws of Hong Kong) and Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules. Following Mr. Li's resignation, Ms. Yang Lishan (Ms. Yang) has been appointed as (i) Co-Secretary of the company; (ii) the authorized representative for receiving legal process documents; and (iii) the authorized representative, effective from December 30, 2025.
