Lovedi Palace (00286) announced that starting from December 30, 2025, Mr. Ma Zhaojie, an independent non-executive director, has been appointed as the chairman of the company's Independent Directors Committee; Mr. Wang Bin, an independent non-executive director, will no longer serve as the chairman of the Independent Directors Committee, but will continue to be a member of the Independent Directors Committee. The Independent Directors Committee consists of three independent non-executive directors (namely Mr. Zhu Peiqi, Mr. Wang Bin, and Mr. Ma Zhaojie). Mr. Ma Zhaojie serves as the chairman of the Independent Directors Committee.
