China CITIC Bank (00998) announced that the board of directors has recently received the resignation letter of Mr. Lu Wei, the executive director and president of the bank. Due to work adjustments, Mr. Lu Wei has resigned from his positions as executive director, president, chairman and member of the Risk Management Committee, and member of the Strategic and Sustainable Development Committee of the board of directors.
