Guoguang Corporation (002749.SZ) has released an announcement that its subsidiaries Sichuan Guoguang Agricultural Materials Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Guoguang Landscaping Technology Co., Ltd. have been notified by the competent tax authorities to pay approximately 60 million yuan in backdated Western Development Enterprise Income Tax preferential tax payments and late fees. This payment does not involve any administrative penalties.
Sichuan Guoguang Agrochemical (002749.SZ) announced that its subsidiaries Sichuan Guoguang Agricultural Resources Co., Ltd. and Sichuan Guoguang Landscaping Technology Co., Ltd. are required to pay approximately 60 million yuan in back taxes and penalties for the previous tax benefits enjoyed as a western development enterprise, as notified by the tax authorities.
