According to the latest data, E-Kong Intelligent Driving's performance in the first three quarters of 2025 is quite impressive, with revenue reaching 921 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 103.76%, approaching the full-year level of 2024, further consolidating its leading position in the industry.
Recently, due to the expiration of the audit report, Yokon Zhijia, which is racing for a Hong Kong listing, has updated its prospectus, revealing the latest developments in the domestic unmanned driving track in the mining area.
According to the latest data, Yokon Zhijia's performance in the first three quarters of 2025 is quite impressive, with revenue reaching 921 million yuan, a year-on-year increase of 103.76%, approaching the full-year level of 2024, further consolidating its leading position in the industry.
More importantly, the technology company in the field of unmanned driving in the mining area has deployed a "non-vehicle" light asset model, and its revenue and active mining truck numbers have completely surpassed the traditional "vehicle-holding" model, accounting for over half of the total revenue. It has not only obtained strategic investments and deep cooperation from industry giants such as Zijin Mining Group, Contemporary Amperex Technology, Yankuang Capital, and Huizhou Desay SV Automotive, but also continues to break through in commercial landing and technological innovation, demonstrating strong development potential.
Fleet size and revenue have doubled, continuing to lead the industry
According to the prospectus, Yokon Zhijia's unmanned mining truck fleet has grown from over 1400 in June to over 2000, with the company occupying nearly half of the market share of China's L4-level unmanned driving solutions in mining areas.
In 2024, the company achieved total revenue of 986 million yuan, ranking first among all L4-level unmanned driving companies in China; at the same time, the company is the largest provider of unmanned driving solutions in mining areas in China, with a market share of approximately 49.2%; and based on revenue in the same period, China, as the world's largest market for L4-level unmanned driving solutions in mining areas, has a global market share of over 40.5%.
Entering 2025, Yokon Zhijia's fundamentals continue to improve, with strong growth momentum. In the first three quarters of 2025, gross profit reached 65.328 million yuan, and revenue has already doubled compared to the same period in 2024.
As of the end of September 2025, Yokon Zhijia's solutions have been deployed in 7 of the 12 largest open-pit coal mines in China on an annual capacity basis. By the final feasible date, the company has deployed 509 and 488 unmanned mining trucks in two open-pit mining transportation projects in the northwest region of China, setting a record for the largest unmanned mining truck fleet in the industry.
