HOME CONTROL (01747) announces that as of December 29, 2025, Mr. Alain PERROT (Mr. Perrot) has resigned from his position as a non-executive director and is no longer the chairman of the board; and Mr. Werner Peter VAN ECK (Mr. Van Eck) has resigned from his position as an independent non-executive director. Both Mr. Perrot and Mr. Van Eck have resigned due to other personal and business matters.
