SMIC International (00981) announced that on December 29, 2025, the company signed a supplementary agreement with the seller regarding the proposed acquisition of 49% equity interest in SMIC Northern. Accordingly, the parties have determined the final consideration for the proposed acquisition and the number of consideration shares to be issued.
The final consideration is approximately RMB 40.601 billion, and the total number of consideration shares issued this time is 547,182,073 shares.
