MICROPORT NEURO (02172) Announcement: The Board of Directors has decided to establish a Strategic Committee under the Board of Directors, effective from December 29, 2025. The Board of Directors has decided to establish a Commercialization Committee under the Board of Directors, effective from December 29, 2025. Mr. Liu An has been appointed as an independent non-executive director, effective from December 29, 2025. After the establishment of the Strategic Committee and Commercialization Committee, the composition of the relevant committees is as follows, effective from December 29, 2025: The Strategic Committee consists of four members, including Dr. Zhang Jie, Mr. Xie Zhiyong, Mr. Li Zhiyong, and Mr. Liu An, with Dr. Zhang Jie serving as the chairman. The Commercialization Committee consists of five members, including Mr. Xie Zhiyong, Mr. Wang Yiqun, Mr. Liu Xudong, Mr. Li Zhiyong, and Mr. Liu An, with Mr. Wang Yiqun serving as the chairman. The composition of the Company's Audit Committee and Remuneration Committee has changed effective December 29, 2025: Non-executive director and Chairman of the Board of Directors, Dr. Zhang Jie, has been appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee. Executive director Mr. Xie Zhiyong no longer serves as a member of the Remuneration Committee. Independent non-executive director Mr. Liu An has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee.
