CHINA ART FIN (01572) reached a settlement agreement with creditors.

China Art Finance (01572) announced that on December 23, 2025, the company entered into a settlement agreement (the "Settlement Agreement") with its creditors. Under the Settlement Agreement, the company is required to make payment to the creditors in the amount of HK$8 million in accordance with the repayment terms set out therein. After the creditors have received the settlement amount in full, they shall release and discharge the company from any obligations under the statutory demands for repayment. Therefore, the company believes that there is no longer any reason to seek a winding-up order from the court, as all payments have been made in full in accordance with the Settlement Agreement.
