HUAJIN INTL(02738): Zhongrui appointed as the new auditor

Huajin International (02738) announced that Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu CPA Ltd. (Deloitte) has resigned as the company's auditor effective December 29, 2025. Due to the daily business adjustment of the group, continuous operating losses in the midterm, and other cash flow-related factors, additional audit resources are required for the audit of the comprehensive financial statements for the year ending December 31, 2025. However, the company and Deloitte were unable to reach an agreement on the audit fees. Deloitte also learned that the company intends to appoint another auditor to carry out the audit work. Therefore, after careful consideration, Deloitte decided to resign as the company's auditor. The Board further announced that, upon recommendation from the audit committee, Ruihua Certified Public Accountants LLP (Ruihua) has been appointed as the company's new auditor effective December 29, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Deloitte, with the term ending at the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
