China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation(01880) subsidiary China Duty Free Group signs project contract with Beijing Capital Airport

China Tourism Group Duty Free Corporation (01880) announced that on December 26, 2025, its wholly-owned subsidiary China Duty Free Group Co. Ltd. (CDFG) won the bid for Section 01 of the duty-free project at Beijing Capital International Airport. On December 29, 2025, CDFG signed the "Beijing Capital International Airport Duty Free Project (Section 01) Project Contract" with Beijing Capital Airport Trading Co., Ltd. The project is located in the international departure and arrival areas of Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital International Airport, with a total area of 10,646.74 square meters, subject to actual measurement. The company will operate duty-free shops at Terminal 3 of Beijing Capital International Airport through its wholly-owned subsidiary. The signing of the contract will help the company continuously strengthen its channel advantage at core airports. If the above project is successfully implemented, it will have a positive impact on the company's future business performance.
