BAIYING HOLDING (08525) announced that there have been changes to the joint company secretary and authorized representatives of the company effective from December 24, 2025: Ms. Wu Jiawen has resigned as joint company secretary and authorized representative due to work arrangements, and Ms. Guan Lexin has been appointed as the new joint company secretary and authorized representative; Ms. Yang Lexing has resigned as joint company secretary for personal reasons, and Ms. Shi Jingyi has been appointed as the new joint company secretary.
