SENSETIME-W (00020) completes the placement of 1.75 billion new Class B shares.

Shang Tang-W (00020) announced that all conditions set out in the placement agreement have been met, and the placement has been completed on December 29, 2025 in accordance with the terms of the placement agreement. The placement agent has successfully placed a total of 1.75 billion shares of placement shares to no less than six underwriters at a placement price of HK$1.80 per share, representing approximately 4.60% of the number of Class B shares issued before the completion of the placement, and approximately 4.52% of the total number of shares issued; and approximately 4.40% of the number of Class B shares issued after the placement and issuance of placement shares, and approximately 4.33% of the current total number of shares issued.
