CSSC Offshore & Marine Engineering (00317) announced that, based on the recommendation of China CSSC Group Limited and the nomination of the Nomination Committee of the Board, Mr. Cheng Bailing is proposed to be nominated by the Board as a non-executive director candidate for the eleventh Board of Directors of the Company, with a term starting from the date of election until the completion of the eleventh Board of Directors. His remuneration will be determined in accordance with the Company's "Remuneration Plan for the Eleventh Board of Directors and Senior Management".
