Focus International's Hong Kong Stock IPO prospectus has failed.
Focus International Limited (referred to as Focus International) submitted its Hong Kong stock listing prospectus on June 26, which expired after 6 months on December 26, with Jianquan Financing Limited being the exclusive sponsor at the time of submission.
The prospectus shows that Focus International is mainly engaged in the manufacturing and sale of absorbent hygiene products, as well as the sale of hygiene product materials. The company's absorbent hygiene products can be divided into three categories: baby care products, women's care products, and adult incontinence products. In addition, the company also sells hygiene product materials. Through a multi-brand strategy, the company mainly provides a wide variety of absorbent hygiene products in China. "All Cotton" "Focus Baby" and "Belimo" are the company's baby care products, while "Wei Yue" and "Blue Cotton Flower" are the company's women's care products.
