Kystone Holdings (01592) announced that the board of directors and the company's audit committee have received a letter from the company's auditor, Jubilee Cheng & Co. (formerly known as Pioneer Accountants Limited), dated December 24, 2025, resigning as the company's auditor. In addition, based on the recommendation of the company's audit committee, the board of directors has decided to appoint Guangshen (Hong Kong) Certified Public Accountants as the company's new auditor, effective from December 29, 2025, to fill the temporary vacancy left by the resignation of Jubilee Cheng, with the term ending at the conclusion of the company's next annual general meeting of shareholders.
