FORTIOR (01304) announces that on December 25, 2025, the board of directors reviewed and approved an agreement with the seller (Shenzhen Qianhai Shekou Qitai Industrial Co., Ltd.) on roughly the same terms, under which the company agrees to purchase and the seller agrees to sell a property for the price of 710 million Chinese Yuan. The property includes the entire Building 1 of Runrong Building (Phase II) on Block T102-0482 of Ma Wan 15 Unit 02 in the Qianhai Shenzhen-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone in Nanshan District, Shenzhen, for office and commercial use. The total construction area of the property is approximately 25,204.97 square meters, including 23,669.54 square meters of office units and 1,535.43 square meters of commercial units.

The property includes the entire building of Runrong Building (Phase 2) on Unit 02 Street, T102-0482, Ma Wan 15, Qianhai-Hong Kong Cooperation Zone, Nanshan District, Shenzhen, for office and commercial use. The property has a total construction area of approximately 25,204.97 square meters, including 23,669.54 square meters of office units and 1535.43 square meters of commercial units.
