Postal Savings Bank of China (01658) announced that its board of directors has received the resignation report from Mr. Liu Jianjun. Mr. Liu Jianjun resigned from his positions as executive director, president, chairman and member of the board of directors' social responsibility and consumer rights protection committee, member of the board of directors' strategic planning committee, and member of the board of directors' nomination and remuneration committee due to reaching retirement age as required by law. Mr. Liu Jianjun's resignation will take effect on December 26, 2025.
