Agricultural Bank (01288) issued an announcement that it has received the reply from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission regarding the appointment qualifications of Director Liu Hong of Agricultural Bank (Jin Fu [2025] 763). According to relevant regulations and the resolution of the board of directors, Mr. Liu Hong has been appointed as an executive director of the bank, as well as a member of the board of directors' Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development Committee, and the Committee for Rural Finance and Inclusive Financial Development.

The Agricultural Bank of China (01288) has announced that it has received a reply from the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission regarding the qualifications of Liu Hong as a director of Agricultural Bank of China (Ref. Jinfu [2025] 763). In accordance with relevant regulations and board resolutions, Mr. Liu Hong will serve as an executive director of the bank, as well as a member of the Board Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development Committee, and the Committee for Agricultural Financial and Inclusive Financial Development, with immediate effect.
