Jiangxi Bank (01916) announced that Mr. Wei Weifeng has submitted his resignation due to a work arrangement adjustment, resigning from the position of company secretary of the bank, authorized representative under Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited, and authorized representative under Section 16 of Part 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Cap. 622) to receive legal process documents and notices on behalf of the bank in Hong Kong. The resignation will be effective from December 26, 2025. In addition, Ms. Pan Jianying has been appointed as the new company secretary and authorized representative of the bank, effective from December 26, 2025.
