CLOUDR (09955) announced that Ms. Hu Yue has been appointed as an executive director and a member of the nominating committee of the board of directors, effective from December 27, 2025. Ms. Zuo Yinghui has resigned from the position of executive director and is no longer a member of the nominating committee, effective from December 27, 2025, as she wishes to devote more time to other professional matters.
